I hope you are still there.

While searching for rocks to anchor baby corals for carol gardening, I stumbled upon a dead spider conch—a delicate relic resting on the ocean floor, its form reminiscent of a star appearing out of nowhere in the vast sea. 

I hope you are still there. was exhibited in “High Tide Low Current” at Dauerwelle, Bremen, Germany (21–15 February 2025).
