"Das Alte Stadt is now a newer one and das neue Stadt is now an older one.

The two town's value and status has shifted like they are the most familiar strangers.

It is always Elbe River that separate yet connect two places together, which reminds me of how Sham Chun River makes the differences of Hong Kong and Shenzhen in China.

The river no longer act as a boundary but an accelerator towards Communism.

The boundaries of east and west, old and new, friends and enemies, living and dead, are closely intertwined.

The evaluation of the transvaluation of places is becoming meaningless.

The river is no longer important to me, but the memories it carries."
